What recruitment marketing services can I request here?
You can request any type of recruitment marketing service, including:
- Indeed Sponsored Jobs/Campaigns – These include jobs posted manually on Indeed and jobs included in the Workday feed. It is generally more efficient to run campaigns with multiple sponsored jobs.
- Consultations for Media Plans/Sourcing Strategies – This includes scheduling a consultation to discuss your needs. These strategies include advertising campaigns using banner ads, job boards, search engine marketing, social media, broadcast media (radio, television), podcasts, out of home (billboards, digital billboards/screens, etc), traditional media and more. Sourcing strategies can provide multiple options for identifying candidates in a particular location or niche.

What is the process?
The process is really quick and easy:
- Submit the request form to your approver
- Your approver will get an email asking them to approve the request
- You will be notified if they approve or reject your request
- If they approve the request, we will proceed based on the details you submitted.
How long does the process take?
Once your request is approved you can expect to hear from us within 1-2 business days.
What happens if I close a job before the end of my campaign?
If your job closed before the end of the campaign, it will not continue to spend your budget. If you are opening a new job in the same location, you can contact us and we can add the new job to the campaign.
How long should my campaign run?
Indeed sponsored jobs/campaigns typically run several weeks to a month, but can vary depending on your needs. Media plans are often longer term campaigns that run for several months. If you aren’t sure, you can ask us for help with determining how long your campaign should run.
How should I determine a budget?
We typically see minimum spends of $45-$75 per week for a single job, but this can vary by market and type of job. Media campaigns vary significantly depending on your needs and we are happy to help you determine an effective budget.
Who do I contact if I have questions on my sponsorship or if my job has been filled?
